Rammos

Rammos is a relatively modern settlement of the island. It is built after the Greek revolution by farmers and is located just one kilometer away from Livadi. In fact, an area of it is called "Kambia", a name that derives from the word kampos, due to the agricultural activity that its inhabitants had developed in the past. Now the settlement has become a touristic place, as there are many rooms to rent and homes for holidays. In the central square of the settlement is the church of Panagia, where a festival takes place on 14-15 August.
